Our Story
It all started in 2017 when Ben bought a 3D printer, for the specific task of creating a full size mask to wear to a Comicon. He continued printing and started doing his own 3D modeling; everything from personalized keychains to jack stands for his RC vehicles to replacement parts for household items.
Then, in 2018 Gabby launched an Etsy shop, Northern Michigan Plastics (NMIP) to sell Ben’s printed creations. His passion for sharing his creations slowly turned into his full time job! Ben now designs, prints, and ships to people all over! Gabby does some of the other business work.
We now offer a variety of miniature scale items and household items. We also do custom designing and printing for anyone with a vision of what they want.
